This is a vILT concept project that includes the slide deck, Trainer Guide, and Learner Guide. It’s a brief training, (approximately 35 to 40 minutes) on the topic of Email Etiquette that can be used as part of the New-Hire Onboarding process. It’s engaging with virtual discussions, a video, a challenge, a self-reflection, and action items to meet the objective.
